
Define and educate about "Black power". Neutralize and remove barriers. Cause unified action for desired collective and individual outcomes. Vote smart.

Insist on data integrity and truth telling in race-based reporting and continued commitment to affirmative action. Name and quantify harms. Design and extract repair.

Stop the multiple prison pipelines. Hold institutions accountable to equitably distribute discourse, resources, and services to Black people. Demand prioritization of Black employees who are displaced, unsafe, and underpaid as well as Black business owners who are discriminated against and underfunded.

Free every Black student to achieve and be their personal best both within and outside of education institutions that are safe, equitable, and supportive of their well-being.

Define and pursue housing transformation that is community-centered and racially and culturally informed. Preserve strong neighborhoods and remove barriers to inclusion in the decision-making processes for development, land-use and transit issues.

Center the experiences and voices of Black youth and young adults in key funding, law, policy, and staffing decisions that affect them - health and well-being, education, workforce transition, juvenile justice, and civic engagement.
